“The resort was so clean, the staff were always helpful, José Luis by the pool was especially friendly and efficient, the rooms were spectacular. Our whole group enjoyed the more peaceful atmosphere than many resorts and we loved the evening shows. The beach was not the greatest but staff were constantly clearing any weed. There were kids’ activities and a separate water park for young kids. Only downside was the big flight of stairs from the pool up to the stage and bar. It was also accessible by a long out of the way ramp.”
