Lo malo: Ubicado a 10 minutos del aeropuerto escucharas aviones TODO el tiempo. Las suites están ubicadas frente a la carretera de acceso a Cancún y tienen pésima insonorización por lo que escucharás autos TODO el tiempo. Los alimentos son excesivamente caros. El buffet continental de desayuno es MUY limitado y cuesta USD 40 por persona. No todos los restaurantes están abiertos todos los días así que las opciones de alimentos además de muy caras son limitadas. Las albercas cierran a las 7pm. Falta personal en recepción. El personal de restaurantes y bares está obsesionado con cobrarte todo antes de siquiera probar tu bebida como si fueras a ir huyendo sin pagar del hotel.Lo bueno: sin duda lo mejor del hotel es su arquitectura y exquisito mantenimiento. Las habitaciones están excelentemente decoradas y mantenidas con ammenities de nivel extra superior. Cuenta con 3 áreas de playa privada lejos de multitudes. La seguridad y privacidad del hotel es máxima. Cuentan con kayaks, equipo de snorquel y stand-up boards geniales. Es muy divertido movilizarte en carritos de golf en la propiedad y siempre están disponibles.

Modern architecture, beautiful nature, amazing cuisine and incredible service. It is our third time at this resort and every time we've had a wonderful experience. Alejandro has been our Buttler for 2 consecutive times and I cannot recommend him enough, thoughtful and detailed. He had a bubble bath and water balloons of our boys at the villa when we returned from the Dolphin experience. Can't wait to be back!

Two words for this resort LUXURY ZEN. From the rooms, to the service impeccable! I got to tell you my husband and I had an unforgettable experience and we're hoping to return for Valentine's Day if all works out as planned. Flew to Cancun for the first time the day before my birthday 10/02. We received cold refreshing beverages (a mix of cucumber, ginger and lemon). Then taken to our rooms by the butler, instructions well illustrated and communicated. What more can I say...the only reason I rated this resort a 4/5 is because at the end of our stay while we were checking out at concierge, the receptionist during that shift which was Sat 10/09/2021 between 11am-1230pm (again, time interval we checked out) wasn't very polite and somewhat rude. Unfortunately, I don't recall her mentioning her name. Besides that...I would definitely recommend the Nizuc Resort and Spa, Cancun, Quintana Roo Mexico

My husband and I honeymooned here a few weeks ago. Everything was perfect,from the incredible architecture and finishings, to the food, to the friendly staff. A very special thank to Ana and Irma, who coordinated two private dining experiences for us. They were very communicative, especially with weather forecast information and relocating the dinners. Your looking at the best hotel that Cancun offers.Beautiful and modern hotel that carries all the amenities and features you may expect from a five star.Perfectly situated between the airport and town. Making it a five minute drive from each direction chosen.The hotel offers three restaurants, A Japanese which amazing a traditional Mexican and an international kitchen. Japanese restaurant shown in the pictures.The hotel also offers a beautiful Spa and gym. Not to mention a cigar lounge and a boutique.What I personally loved about the property is that it's an open air design with lots of space making it more calm and less crowded. Always clean and beautiful.Two options of pools as seen in the pictures. An adult pool with a bar and a larger family pool. The Tacos there were amazing.The staff are really kind and friendly. However I find the staff at the reception to be abit slow in up keeping with their guests such as up to date booking reservations or general information about the hotel even at check in which we had non of.Breakfast for some reason starts at 7:30 Am I find that to be a little late keeping in mind some guests would like to have an early breakfast before their departure.The final topic comes down to the only disappointment I had with the property and that goes to the beach. If you are coming for the beach then I'd suggest you change plans.

A very beautiful resort with wonderful and friendly staff. Highly recommend staying at one of the villas! We had our own secret oasis with a private pool and lounging area. It’s so easy to spend the day relaxing at the pools and beach on the premises. The restaurants surprisingly had delicious food as well. Also, highly recommend the spa services and gym. This resort and services are definitely pricey, but in this case you do get what you payed for. My husband and I are not big fans of very touristy destinations, but found Nizuc to be the perfect destination for a relaxing vacation. We definitely want to return in the future!

Beautiful resort with amazing staff. We upgraded our room to a balcony with a plunge pool, which I would highly recommend. Rooms are nice, a bit dark, but I like that. Modern tech in all rooms gives it a nice Vegas vibe in Cancun. Definitely worth a visit. I'm glad we tried it. If I had to "nitpick", I'm okay with this not being an all-inclusive, however prices are 20%-30% too high for food and drinks. I think part of this is because there are a very high number of Europeans that visit this resort (tip are baked in). For example, our mediocre hamburger was $25 after tip and we are used to getting a high-end burger around $17. Dinner at all restaurants is very good.

Nizuc was a dream! My family actually ended up here on a last minute trip due to a hurricane hitting another island that we were supposed to go to but we are so glad we ended up here. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and our bags were taken out of the car. At check in, we were given cool towels and the most refreshing cucumber-mint-honey water. After loading into a golf cart we were taken to our Master Suite which was immaculate! Whoever designed the rooms did not miss any detail. Everything served a purpose and was beautiful at the same time. Not to mention the view from our infinity plunge pool was gorgeous no matter the time of day.While we stayed there we ate at Ni, Indochine, and Ramona restaurants as well as ordered from the suite service menu. All of the food was delicious and fresh!Our butler Raul went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. Thanks Raul! Also we utilized the nanny service and couldn’t have been more comfortable leaving our infant for a few hours with their staff. She was very accommodating and friendly and took great care of our daughter.On our last day we went to the spa and it was the best spa experience we have ever had in our life! The hydrotherapy experience was invigorating and our couples treatments left us both feeling relaxed and pampered.All in all, the hospitality of everyone who worked there made us feel like we were at home. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and you could tell that it was genuine, even behind their masks.Nizuc will be our go-to getaway for years to come!

This place is always epic. Service, food, rooms and general beauty. It's a bit tougher in the food end during Covid but still overall excellent..we just noticed a few of our favorite items werent on the menu . We stayed 5 nights and needed to off campus to eat to mix it up. The spa was excellent as always but the gym needs some TLC for sure. It's there and works but takes away from the classy vibe. It is spendy ... But if you want to disconnect and not get frustrated by lame policies and poor service this is your place

I have just returned from Cancun and can't wait to go back !! The service was superb!they treat you like royalty and spoil you 24/7! Everyone was so accommodating!the cook allowed us in to get kosher food and the staff was super friendly! I'm really grateful I chose this location! We had loads of private time even if it was busy,as the location is tremendous and has enough place to roam for everyone without feeling bad about bumping into anyone... The staff is your service in a whim for ANYTHING you want! I can just say thank you and WOW! keep up the great work!

Amazing hotel, very convenient from the airport to get to, has enough dinning and lounge options, love the golf cart access to the rooms and the pool scene is perfect way to spend a day. End the evening with dinner at Ramona followed drinks and cigars at Havana lounge. After 2 nights and 3 days you might find yourself repeating your routine.

This is NOT a 5 star resort. The service is a ZERO. There are many staff members to greet you and dressed well but offer no ability to provide service. We booked a 4 night, 5 day stay. 1) the first 48 hrs our room was not visited once by housecleaning, 2) the in room coffee was not refilled during our 5 day stay 3) our outdoor pool was freezing and 4) the morning newspaper I repeatedly requested was never provided. It was a full time job calling front desk, asking hotel staff to provide the above basic services. I honestly felt like I was at work trying to manage a disorganized and ill equipped team. Our room was dirty for the first 48 hrs. That is two days/nights in the middle of our stay without ANY room service. Image a 5 star hotel not having a clean/made bed, clean room, clean towels etc? It was just plain uncomfortable. I was to the point I wanted to wash my own towels. I mean a 5 star hotel with not even a cup of coffee in the morning and not just once but for the entire stay but the first day. When you first get to the hotel they have a greeting session where they provide a juice and go over your stay. It’s actually quite nice, setting up expectations and services and one of the questions is if you would you like a newspaper delivered to your room. Why ask if you simply aren’t going to follow through with the promise? We booked the room with a pool specifically as a treat for my child who loves to swim. When we first got there it was freezing cold. I’ve never heard my entire life the so many times the word “sorry”. They told us 2-3 times a day “so sorry we are working on the pool and it should be usable very soon”. The pool was ice cool up to the very minute we checked out. I understand that facilities break or don’t function 100% all the time but in a five-star hotel there’s a different level of service at a minimum. They had so many options and opportunities to correct things and just completely failed. The hotel had very few guests during our stay. They simply could’ve moved us to another room that had proper house cleaning and services and functioning pool equipment. This is without question NOT a 5-star hotel/resort as you failed to provide basic services. I should also note that at the end of the stay I finally spoke to the head manager, Jaime Jaramillo, of the resort. After I explained our stay, he acknowledged he was aware of the pool situation yesterday and right on brand, he said “I am so SORRY. We will make sure the next time you book a stay with us your visit will be flawless and give you a one level room upgrade from whatever room category you book”. After hearing so many sorrys without any action, I simply smiled and said “thank you, your staff has been saying that for the last 5 days.” Quite frankly the service on the airplane was better. I finally had a bottle of water and a coffee.

Me hospedei durante os dias 24/09/2020 á 28/09/2020, conclui que é um bom hotel mas precisa de melhorias. O serviço não é a excelência que eles dizem.Faço as seguintes observações :Em relação ao banheiro: a borracha da parte do chuveiro não funciona, resultando em um banheiro com bastante água após o banho.Em relação ao serviço de quarto: no primeiro dia pedimos para arrumar o quarto após sairmos, combinamos 13:00 hs , pois fomos almoçar e voltamos as 15:00 hs e o quarto ainda não estava sendo arrumado, resultando em um desconforto grande pois gostamos de dormir após o almoço, e com isso tivemos que "ceder" o quarto para a arrumação do mesmo.Em relação ao quarto: não tem bidê, nem chuveirinho.Em relação ao SPA: preço fora da realidade do mundo, sendo a massagem mais barata de $ 298 dólares. Acredito que por isso uma massagista nos parou na piscina para irmos ao SPA, não tem cliente pelo alto preço. Em relação ao café da manhã: deveria ser incluso na diária; outro ponto relevante é que não servem água e café expresso durante o buffet(você tem que pagar a parte, sendo que é distribuído no quarto a vontade, o que torna o hotel distorcido).Concluo que é um hotel bom, com uma área de piscina incrível destacando o La Punta que possui um serviço impecável, e é muito agradável. Falta uma melhor gestão e atendimento aos cliente, apresenta algumas coisas que incomodam o cliente (pontuadas acima) , mas não deixa de ser um bom hotel! Porém você encontra outros com o preço melhor do mesmo nível.

Totally worth the extra bucks you’ll spend because of the level of care and attention they show is unprecedented. Whatever your goal is for travel, they design your experience to match just that. They will help you set up any adventure on-site or off-site, help you celebrate birthdays and anniversaries in a memorable way (even if the request is last minute), and everyone knows your name.Going back again and again! This is the most amazing resort I have ever visited!!! Ishmael (drives golf cart) assisted my wife and I several times in addition to helping us with our espanol. William (family pool attendant) Awesome very attentive. Ricardo & Luis (Building 6 butlers) Excellent!!!! Made reservations and took care of anything we needed. The food is unbelievable and everyone on the staff were friendly and helpful. loved this resort and will definitely be returning. I have absolutely nothing negative to say.

Aaaaahhhhh. Minutes away from the airport. Very secure inside the Jurassic Park gates. Lots of activities. Wonderful location, phenomenal staff. Great amenities. My favorite shower ever. The staff takes care of everything with a fantastic smile. A ‘must’ get away.

Hotel bastante nuevo, con un tamaño manejable y unos restaurantes de alto nivel. La comida suele ser un factor determinante en este tipo de hoteles y el Nizuc cuenta con restaurantes asiático, peruano, carne a la brasa y mexicano de un nivel muy alto. Sin duda vale la pena disfrutarlos todos. Los precios, eso sí, son acordes a la calidad y a la zona.
