“Tanto a agencia que fechamos para ir até o hotel como o hotel falharam, aceitaram nossa reserva ciente de um menor de idade no meio da familia e ao chegarmos na porta do hotel nos despejaram, tendo visto que o proprio encarregado estava com toda a papelada necessaria, pagamos um preço pelo hotel e simplesmente nos despejaram para um hotel de qualidade inferior, pior açao ja tomada em toda minha vida”

“Had a wonderful first time stay here and everything from the food to the service was more than excellent. A big shouts out to our butler Joel who had our back the whole trip. They also setup a (rare) poolside seafood buffet and while I was double dipping with two plates, a random butler came over to offer help bringing it back to the beach and I just thought this was such good service. Really really pleasantly surprised even after reading a million review leading up to this haha. We will be back thank you LBC!”
